We are increasing our vigilance to ensure that your packages are prepared and sent under the strictest hygienic conditions, in accordance with all the recommendations of the health authorities.
Once your order has been validated, it can no longer be modified because it is sent to the logistics team to be prepared.
Delivery times and costs
Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers and under no circumstances can Days of Confidence be held liable in the event of non-compliance with these deadlines.

Returns
We accept the return of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The return is your responsibility.
The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. You must include with your shipment: the product, the order number concerned by the return and your contact details.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with a tracking number. Without tracking number, we will not accept any claims.
If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, the refund cannot be made.
