Delivery times are the responsibility of the carriers. Days of Confidence accepts no responsibility for failure to meet these times.

*Outside the European Union, customs costs and duties may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Your order total does not include these duties and tariffs.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order was received. Returns are the responsibility of the customer.
The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. You must include with the shipment: the product, the order number to which the return relates, and your contact details.

Your return parcel must have a tracking number. Without this tracking number, we will not accept any claim.
If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, no refund can be made.
