FOR EMPLOYERS
A cost that never shows up in your reports.
But very much present in your results.

A real medical team
Doctors trained in (peri)menopause, by their side for 3 months.

WHY NOW
The standard is being set today. Be one of those setting it.
In France, the ground is still open. Acting now sends a strong signal. Waiting until it becomes the norm won't.

The Rist report
Ten recommendations to make (peri)menopause an occupational health issue and put an end to the taboo.
Menopause in the mid-career health check
Following the Rist report, the French government announced its inclusion in the medical check-up at age 45.
Progress among our European neighbours
In the UK, large companies will have to publish an action plan that includes support for employees going through menopause. A public document, reviewed every year.
Your head start
Acting before it becomes an obligation turns it into an employer brand asset rather than a box to tick.

Doctors trained in (peri)menopause, whenever they need them.
- Initial and follow-up video consultations, from home
- A dedicated doctor who follows them over time
- Personalised treatment, hormonal or not, where appropriate
- Independent practitioners, complete medical confidentiality
Without training, they don't seek help. Without a doctor, nothing changes. Without follow-up, progress stalls. It's the combination that makes the difference.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
For HR directors,
finance and senior management.
Everything you need to know before rolling out Days of Confidence in your company.
Does the company have access to employees' health data?
No. You only see anonymised, aggregated indicators, and groups of fewer than 30 people are always hidden. No individual data, no diagnosis and no consultation content is ever shared with the company.
What is ReConnect?
ReConnect is the digital health follow-up solution from Days of Confidence. It's where your employees find their whole journey: symptom tracking, secure messaging with their care coordinator, coaching with a health coach, content approved by our doctors and appointment booking with their doctor.
Is hormone treatment given as a matter of course?
No. The decision rests with the doctor, after a full review of medical history, and with the employee, who makes the final choice. If hormone treatment isn't suitable or isn't wanted, the doctor suggests a different, non-hormonal approach.
How do we get started?
With a first 30-minute conversation with our team. We then build a 3-month pilot with you for 50 to 100 volunteers aged 40 to 60, from launch through to measuring the impact.
