How does the consultation work?

The consultation takes place remotely, from home: all you need is an internet connection and a quiet place. You are seen by a registered doctor trained in (peri)menopause. She reviews your symptoms and medical history with you, answers your questions and, if needed, prescribes tests or treatment. Your prescription is sent to you electronically and is valid at your usual pharmacy.
What does the €150 fee include?
It covers the consultation with your doctor: an assessment of your situation, answers to your questions and, if needed, tests or treatment prescribed. No subscription, no commitment.
Medicines, food supplements and any lab tests are not included. This is a private consultation and is not reimbursed by public health insurance, although some private health insurance policies cover part of it, so it is worth checking yours.
Can I continue my follow-up?
Yes. If you would like to see a doctor again, a follow-up consultation costs €90. With a one-off consultation, seeing the same doctor is not guaranteed.
If you are starting treatment or would like support between appointments, ReConnect Élan (€90 for 3 months) or ReConnect Équilibre (€300 for 12 months) give you the same doctor at every appointment, a care coordinator and a health coach. With ReConnect, your consultations cost €110 and then €80.
